I brought my tablet along while I stay at my sister’s house until july. during some random doodling this came up, so I spent a bit longer on it
hothouse orchid!
see now drawing this makes me feel like I’m back to my usual drawing self.

a gift for mother’s day - she loved it! I put a bunch of little details related to her in here~
technical note: I downgraded to GIMP 2.6…only problem is that when I went to save the final time, it froze (: I was afraid it’d corrupt the file (it’s happened in the past with other programs) but it was fine. looked it up and apparently freezing happens to a lot of people. eh…not very happy about that, but at least the feel of 2.6 is even better than I remember it.
I dub this “hearthing out” or simply “far away”
I haven’t drawn anything in a while. I like the idea of a hearthstone. it’d be super handy!
I really dislike the changes in GIMP since last version… the pressure sensitivity and adjustment bars just seem so weird now. not quite as intuitive.
My friend Mochi wanted something to color, so I did some lineart for her real quick and she did the coloring. See now this is what happens when someone knows how to color. Mochi, how did you turn my pic into something amazing?
